Classic, fresh, spiced
A boutique winery located in the famed Coonawarra, in the Limestone Coast Wine Zone of South Australia, Hollick produces wines only from estate-grown fruit. Coonawarra is recognized as one of Australia's finest wine regions and is particularly known for Cabernet Sauvignon, which responds exceptionally well in its red terra rossa soils over limestone. Pure underground water and a long cool ripening season for the grapes produce wines of elegance and longevity.
The Bard suggests eucalyptus and vanilla, black currant and smoked plums, dark chocolate and brown spices, pencil shavings and pipe tobacco. Classic Coonawarra stamp; it's fresh and toasted with spice and green olive undertones in the mouth.
